Biography

Ryan E. Bill grew up in The Woodlands, Texas. He received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in History from Sam Houston State University, after transferring from Southwestern University. At Southwestern, Ryan was a two-year member of the Men’s Varsity Basketball team and a member of the Men’s Varsity Track and Field team.

Ryan earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Mary’s School of Law in 2015 and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas that same year. During law school, he served as president of the legal fraternity Phi Alpha Delta and vice-president of the Student Bar Association.

Since being licensed, Ryan has become experienced in all aspects of litigation, earning successful verdicts as both first and second chair at numerous trials. He has handled hundreds of personal injury cases and first-party insurance/bad faith claims across Harris, Fort Bend, Brazoria, Montgomery, Travis, Bexar, and many other counties throughout Texas.

In his spare time, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family and his two dogs, Karl and Duncan, and participating in Houston sports leagues. An avid Houston sports fan, he loves attending Rockets and Astros games.
