Eduardo Diaz Kosturakis

Biography

Eduardo Diaz Kosturakis was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico. He attended the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Mexican Law. During the first half of his undergraduate studies he worked at a pro-bono firm specializing in criminal and family litigation; during the second half he joined an international law firm in its Criminal White-Collar Litigation and Commercial Litigation departments.

After graduating, Mr. Diaz Kosturakis moved to Houston and worked as a Mexican Law Consultant at a boutique firm. In 2014 he enrolled at South Texas College of Law Houston, earning his Juris Doctor in May 2017. Throughout his final two years of law school he worked in the litigation department of a personal injury law firm, gaining hands-on experience handling claims from intake through settlement or verdict.

Over the course of his career Mr. Diaz Kosturakis has represented hundreds of clients in motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall injuries, negligent animal handling, and other personal injury matters. At John K. Zaid & Associates he manages all types of injury and fatality cases, guiding every client through each stage of their claim under three core principles: professionalism, empathy, and due diligence.

Mr. Diaz Kosturakis is based in the Houston office.
