Jarrett Kinley
Senior Associate

Jarrett Kinley is a dedicated personal injury attorney committed to fighting for
justice on behalf of individuals who have been wrongfully injured. A native of
Buffalo, New York, Jarrett’s passion for the law was sparked early on during a
college internship with the City of Buffalo’s Drug and Mental Health Courts, where
he witnessed firsthand how the legal system can be used as a force for positive
change.
He earned his undergraduate degree in Interdisciplinary Education from Houston-
Tillotson University, graduating on the Dean’s List, and went on to obtain his Juris
Doctor from Thurgood Marshall School of Law. While in law school, Jarrett interned
at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, where he worked alongside
prosecutors and gained valuable experience in trial preparation and case strategy.
He began his legal career at the U.S. Small Business Administration, working in the
legal department where he managed a high-volume caseload. There, he assisted
individuals and businesses seeking substantial loans for recovery from national
disasters. His work involved careful legal analysis, detailed case management, and
consistent client advocacy—skills that now directly support his efforts in fighting
for injury victims.
Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas, Jarrett is passionate about helping
injured clients navigate the legal system with confidence. He approaches every
case with compassion, determination, and a relentless commitment to securing
the best possible outcome for those he represents.
In his free time, Jarrett enjoys traveling, running, cycling, hunting, fishing, and
spending quality time with his family.
